On August 17, the “Promotion Session of Agricultural Industrialization Work Across the Prefecture in 2017” hosted by the people’s government of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, was opened in Longfengxiang Hotel in Shangri-La. Shangri-La Wine Co., Ltd. won the title of “Advanced Enterprise Leading People to Affluence”.

 

Since it was identified as one of the earliest leading enterprises for provincial agricultural industrialization in Yunnan in 2003, Shangri-La Wine Co., Ltd., which is rooted in the Tibetan area, has built a highland grape cultivation base that covers tens of thousands of acres, and has played an important model role in increasing income and becoming rich. The wine grape planting and deep processing project that it launches to adapt to the local plateau characteristics has radiated and driven the development of the wine grape industry in the Tibetan areas surrounding Sichuan and Tibet, making contributions to the poverty elimination among local Tibetan residents.
