OnMarch 31, 2017, national white liquor judge experts, led by Ma Yong, Standing Vice Chairman and Secretary General of Specialized Committee for White Liquor under China National Food Industry Association, professionally judged the color, aroma, flavor, and taste of “Genuine Liquor XV” produced by Genuine Liquor Company.

 

After tasting and appraisal, all the experts considered the “Genuine Liquor XV” was featured by “light yellow transparency, soft Moutai-flavor, comfortable aged flavor, delicate and mellow taste, harmonious and fresh feeling, lingering aftertaste, and lasting fragrance remaining in empty liquor cup.”

 

Ma Yong said: “Genuine Liquor XV is characteristically featured by soft Moutai-flavor and it tastes delicate, mellow and comfortable. The experts participating in the taste and appraisal of Genuine Liquor XV included Zhong Fangda, White Liquor Master in China, Member of Experts Committee in China Alcoholic Drinks Industry Association, Deputy Secretary of CPC and General Manager of Kweichow Moutai Distillery (Group) Xijiu Co., Ltd.; Lv Yunhuai, White Liquor Master in China, Member of National White Liquor Experts Committee, formerly Vice General Manager and Chief Engineer of Moutai Group; Peng Yin, formerly Deputy Chief Engineer of Moutai Group, Chief White Liquor Taster, and National White Liquor Tasting Judge; Qu Wu, Vice General Manager of Kweichow Moutai Distillery Group Technology Development Co., Ltd., and National White Liquor Tasting Judge; and Feng Xiaoning, Specially-invited Expert in Zhunyi White Liquor Industry Association and Section Chief of Quality Inspection Department of Moutai Liquor Off-site Pilot.
